It is a privilege to speak to you as the President of CIO Lebanon, an association founded in 2012 by a collective of Chief Information Officers representing leading companies across various industries. Since then, CIO Lebanon has grown into a strong and active network of IT professionals. Our main goal is to improve technology in our companies and help Lebanon develop and succeed.
Thanks to the dedication, creativity, and teamwork of our members, we have accomplished a lot. We have organized important events, training sessions, and workshops that have increased our knowledge, improved our skills, and built useful partnerships both in Lebanon and abroad.
However, we know that Lebanon is facing serious economic and political problems. As CIOs, our work is more important than ever. We must handle fewer resources, deal with market changes, and keep up with rapid changes in technology. To do this, we need to be strong, flexible, and creative.
Still, I believe we can overcome these difficulties together. Lebanon has a lot of talented and creative people, and our CIO community is united by our support for each other and our dedication to our mission. Like Gandhi said, persistence leads to success. By working as a team, trusting one another, and believing in our purpose, we have shown that any challenge can be overcome. With the Board and all our members, I promise to support the values and goals that make CIO Lebanon a group we can all be proud of.
